Description
Grapes were harvested by hand from select parcels on the WillaKenzie Estate Vineyard, and Jory Hills Vineyard between September 23 and October 8.
The grapes were fully destemmed and cold-soaked for 4-6 days prior to inoculation with selected yeast strains. The grapes fermented on their skins for approximately three weeks with daily punch downs before being transferred to French Oak barrels.

Effortless yet weighty, with rustic tannins that glide across the palate adding breadth and roundness with notes of red and black fruit.
