Brut Tradition is made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. 90% of the fruit is sourced from Ambonnay with the rest coming from Verzenay and Bouzy. The wine is raised in 50% barrel with 48 months ageing on lees.

On the palate, it's full- bodied, deep and layered, with real concentration and intensity, built around racy acids and chalky dry extract. The finish is long and lingering.
