A blend of 90% Syrah and 10% Grenache planted in 1990s that are undergoing conversion towards biodynamics. The yield is approximately managed at 17 hl/ ha. The grapes are destemmed 100%, followed by fermentation and maceration for 14 weeks and ageing in stainless steel tanks for 14 months. The wine was bottled without Sulphur.
The labels are made of paper vine shoots dyed with natural indigo of Provence.
