A blend of 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Cinsault planted in1950s that are undergoing conversion towards biodynamics. The yield is approximately managed at 20 hl/ha. The name ‘Canne’ refers to the pressing of only free run juice from 100% destemmed bunches. The wine undergoes 10 weeks of maceration and is aged for 14 months in stainless steel tanks, bottled without Sulphur.
