50% Pinot Noir, 50% Pinot Meunier
Light golden blond color with silver reflections. The nose hints of white pepper and lemon lime tones. On the palate, red orange and peach with notes of citrus fruits.
This cuvée is made from 50 years old grapes, which are grown equally with Pinot Noir and Pinot Menunier on a hill called "Les Voirmissa" in Hermonville. The sandy-clay soil is worked without the use of herbicides and pesticides. It is not filtered so you can find some deposit.
A Blanc de Noirs of great structure and finesse.
