Cultivation : Sustainable methods. The soils are worked and tilled mechanically.

Ageing : 10 months in oak barrels (with 20 to 25% new oak).
Tasting : Pure, bright hue. An intensely fruity, expressive and generous wine. The palate is round and fleshy with aromas of yellow fruits such as peach, apricot and mirabelle plum. A rich and indulgent wine with good texture that can be enjoyed in its youth.
